Climb to Kianjiru Hill

Over the Christmas Eve, we had a chance to climb the Kianjiru Hill that is in Embu County - Mbeere South. The hill is endowed with a some attraction sites and incredibly awesome viewing point from the one of the largest rock dubbed 'Riagitu'. I don't know what the name means.....I guess that my home work.

Below are some photos I managed to capture.
 And the started the trek.
The View from a distance........approaching the base of the hill

 The Sharp Ascend starts..........

You can spot the great rock....'.Riagitu; from the base.
The Team decided to celebrate the small victories.
And of course rest and take some shots.

 The Family was fully represented.

Spectacular View........ You can spot Seven Forks Dams if you got an Eagle Eye Sight!

And Carrying the Little One was a Team Work.........LMichelle has started  having fun at young age!
If you are not physically fit................., shauri yako!
Up and Down the trek was only for the strong and tough.

Almost at the Summit. The Rock is Enormously BIG!

 Coming down, Watu walichoma mahindi.!
Daudi was not satisfied and went back up the hill early morning the following day.

 And Enjoyed an Awesome View!
